Vintage 1970s Ravenhead Siesta Style Textured Glass Apple Serving Bowl
CONDITION: What may initially appear to be a small chip on the inner rim is actually where the pressed glass naturally comes to a peak. Similarly, the wrinkles that could be mistaken for scratches or chips inside the bowl are original manufacturing irregularities. The outer base has a few tiny brown specks noticeable only upon close inspection. There are two small areas of light frosting on the reverse of the bowl, consistent with age-related surface wear. The beautifully rippled, bark-like texture of the glass disguises any blemishes so well that they are exceptionally difficult to notice during normal display. Please refer to the images.
