Vintage Double-Bowl Stoneware Condiment Server

$28.00

A gorgeous piece of vintage tableware with all the earthy charm of 1970s stoneware. This double condiment server features two lidded compartments in a warm two-tone glaze and high-gloss finish that beautifully highlights its rounded, chunky form.

Each compartment has its own matching domed lid with finial handle, allowing two different condiments to be kept covered and served together. It 's perfect for sugar, jam, cream, honey, mustard, relish and chutney, or simply displaying as a characterful piece of vintage kitchenware.

The style is strongly reminiscent of the brown and tan stoneware produced in Taiwan during the 1970s, with similar double condiment servers from this period appearing in the vintage stoneware market.

A charming addition to a farmhouse or cottage kitchen, this classic server was sourced from Holbrook in rural NSW, known as Australia's "Submarine Town" because a portion of the decommissioned Oberon-class submarine HMAS Otway is permanently installed in the local park.
