This charming vintage porcelain planter features a distinctive hexagonal silhouette that gives it a lovely architectural feel, while remaining soft and romantic in its detailing.

Finished in a warm cream glaze, the piece is beautifully accented with a deep forest-green rim and a floral transfer showcasing a blush pink bloom with sage-green foliage.

What was once likely a lidded storage container for pantry staples like flour and sugar, today, works perfectly as a cachepot for indoor plants, storage for craft supplies, organiser for kitchen utensils, or stylish scoop bucket for laundry detergent.

Based on the glaze finish, decorative transfer style, and production techniques, this piece was likely manufactured between the late 1970s and early 1990s when porcelain with traditional floral motifs and coloured rims was popular in Western homewares markets.
